Members rob1571 Posted March 11, 2014 Members Posted March 11, 2014 Fished Friendship creek today. Little windy. Caught 4 whites (3 females full of eggs) and 1 nice crappie. Hoping to keep updated with someother fishing fanatics to stay on the bite. Thanks
Members RiverFisher1 Posted March 12, 2014 Members Posted March 12, 2014 I was right below point 12 the other day, didn't see any big schools. There are people fishing at twin bridges again, not the crazy amount like you would see when the full run is on. There might be a few early swimmers down there but in my opinion the temp has to stay in the 60s for about a week and a half for the magic to start happening.
wc1063 Posted March 12, 2014 Posted March 12, 2014 They were bustin shad on top at point 12 this evening before sunset, fast and easy catch, too bad it only lasted 15 minutes or so.

Yep, that rule applies to most fisheries right now. I couldn't agree more.
Members vuekid Posted March 18, 2014 Members Posted March 18, 2014 where is point 12 or any point in particular on beaver lake?
JohnF52 Posted March 18, 2014 Posted March 18, 2014 Point 12 is at the mouth of War Eagle creek, where it runs into the main White River arm of Beaver Lake.
JohnF52 Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 Here is a link to the USACE Beaver Lake map. It shows all the points. http://www.swl.usace.army.mil/Portals/50/docs/beaverlake/BeaverMap.pdf
JohnF52 Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 I wonder if there is a small white bass run up the rivers out of Lake Sequoyah?
