Greenfield City Lake - Report, 4/7

light rain, moderate winds from the north. I have my sister Jeni and my dog sandy with me. we have an outdoor grocery store hot sale in progress on crappie tip from one of her friends. as we launched the boat I missed an opportunity to buy some new fishing poles when I slipped and fell in the boat landing on 3. over the next 6 hours we only managed to catch one crappie and found out the little bass were really tearing it up. we boated 16 or 17.

there is alittle dock on this lake. just for fun decided to see if sandy the dog would take to "dock dog" jumping and retrieving off the dock. after one hesitant plop, it was closer to a oh crap I dont know abou this than a jump, sandy made the retrieve, took her place and waited to go again. each time jumping/leaping alittle further and eagerly retrieving to go again. when we quite to finish loading the boat the dog went over dropped the training dummy off the dock and jumped in after herself. I think she likes it!
