Just wondering if the river is still there since no reports have been posted. I keep watching the release schedules hoping for a window to get over and fish but so far their schedule and mine have not jived.

Anybody hear anything about the fishing?

I have been chasing Carp on Lake Thunderbird in Norman to stay in practice but would like to get on the river soon,

We went Saturday and had mild success. It took me too long to figure out they weren't interested in my dry flies, but once I moved to a rusty dun midge things really picked up. It was nice to finally have a day the dam wasn't running.

I went today. The schedule said no water until 4pm. They lied. Water was up all day. They turned it off at 9pm. If the weather is right, tomorrow will be the day to fish.
