Dirtracer35 Posted June 9, 2014 Posted June 9, 2014 Joe bass on Stockton today took over 23lbs to win it. Seen several 20lb sacks. And they said there aren't any big fish in Stockton.
Members pt1 Posted June 9, 2014 Members Posted June 9, 2014 Yeah, what were they fishing with and where? My Son and I fished this afternoon for about 4 hours and couldn't hardly buy a bite up at Greenfield Access.
Members kdk79 Posted June 9, 2014 Members Posted June 9, 2014 I torn em up yesterday on a sexy shad spook, got a couple more on a crank and a lizard but top bite was killer no big ones but we caught over 50 fish almost all largemouths, fun day!
Dirtracer35 Posted June 10, 2014 Author Posted June 10, 2014 We caught tons. Absolutely tons of fish. 90% were keepers. Had a couple over 3. Just not 24lbs lol.
Bassmaster21 Posted June 11, 2014 Posted June 11, 2014 What area of the lake are you guys fishing to catch that? I fished the next day and it was TOUGH. Couldn't develop any type pattern and caught bass on: Finesse worm:1 Deep Crank:3 Pop'r: 7 Lipless Crank: 1 Jerkbait:2. You guys must have gone through and caught all of the fish in the tournament. I fished from cedar ridge to masters
Dirtracer35 Posted June 11, 2014 Author Posted June 11, 2014 Fished anywhere. Honestly. And we threw everything and pretty much the kitchen sink. Haven't yet found the big fish pattern. Boats went everywhere. Sons. Turnback. Little sac. Dam. All brought limits. Little changes can pay big dividends.
