Heard at the local sporting goods store that the bass were getting on buzz baits so I went over there today to check it out. I caught one 12"er on a black Graviton. Saw a young lady catch a 3.5 pounder on a small white/chartreuse buzz bait. Then I saw a guy catch a #4er on a hotdog of all things, was actually fishing for cats. I caught a 18.75" #2.64er on a pumpkin Rage Tail.

Was told that the stocked the lakes June 4th. Anyone know what size fish they normally stock these kind of lakes with?

This time of year they stock channels. Starting in Nov they stock trout.
