Members Wornica Posted September 13, 2014 Members Posted September 13, 2014 My son and I fished in zone 2 from 1:30pm to 6 pm where the hatchery stream meets the main stream. It was the first time for me to use my new 3wt fly rod. We did very well, first on tri color glo balls with a white jig head. Then when we saw that the fish were working the surface so we switched to dry flies (renegade, bright green crackleback and blue olive dun). Caught several while stripping the crackleback. We both caught around 15 fish, biggest fish about 14 inches but a lot of fun. I really like my new TFO professional series 2 fly rod!
brittsnbirds Posted September 14, 2014 Posted September 14, 2014 Has the water flow picked up any? Zone 2 has suffered this year due to the low flow!!
