He has been the chief lawyer for Southwest Power Authority in Tulsa for a number of years. We have fished the White River system nearly 30 times. I have netted his all time best rainbow and brown - 6 and 7 pounds respectively. We have fished below Bull Shoals dam from Cane Island to Buffalo Shoals, Norfolfk from the dam to where it joins the White, and the Beaver tailwaters from Houseman to Holiday Island. On the 25th he has managed to escape and I have booked Don House for a short trip. Just before we go we will decide between Tanney and TR. Can you imagine how excited I am? Life is good in the Ozarks.
