I have been playing in the woods more than the water lately. Most of the fly guy reports I am getting this weekend is it is a bit slow but better than sitting on the couch. Sounds like both extremes from #18 midge to a #8 wooly bugger are getting the same attention. Lighter the tippet the more bites you will get.

We did get some Turner Jones Micro Jigs at the store now. Small Nickle/Gold Colorado is hard to beat.

The bait fishermen are almost all catching limits of rainbows for diner. Color of powerbait doesn't seem to matter as much as where you are fishing.
