zarraspook Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 Looks like a meal fit for a KING...... "Look up OPTIMIST in the dictionary - there is a picture of a fishing boat being launched"
nathanhooper Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 Yum, them things are great. Nothing like catching a fresh meal!
SmallyWally Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 Right on Green236!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kindness is the language the blind can see and the deaf can hear.-- Mark Twain
Members Dan Sweeney Posted April 9, 2015 Members Posted April 9, 2015 Asparagus and walleye. There are few better meals. Silence is golden.
nathanhooper Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 I am curious though....how did you get him to pose for that picture? He is WAY to close to the water for me...lol I'm a nervous wreck each time I get a keeper walter up to the boat. Once I had one spit my lure I instantly now think that it is a precious gem on the other end of the line.
Members Green236 Posted April 9, 2015 Author Members Posted April 9, 2015 Lol Nathan! He had been on a stringer for about a hour...so he was a bit dazed and confused. The wife an I only fished for an hour. Casting into the wind then getting hung up so many times didn't make for the best day of fishing for her. If we'd stuck with it, we'd probably pulled them in all day.
