wet weekend on the river

just returned from 2 nites on the river. Camped at turner and 50% chance of rain was right on cause it rained half the time... Son and friend kayaked Greer down Friday PM and caught half dozen or so.... Small bows on rooster tails and marabou . .... I waded the area and found a hole that produced same amount, two nice fish! Repeat with weather Saturday .... Rain early, clear later, and boys yaked again while I went to same hole with same results . Boys caught same amount with more size to them..... River started running harder Saturday evening and broke line off two casts in a row so called it a day!!! Has been a while since been to the river and conditions were not the best... Yet we were comfortable the whole time ....and good to see river still producing nice fish!!!!

Dedication! Tired of rain but water levels and new supply of fire wood should be good for summer.
