Best guess for shad

I do not have a fish finder but am wanting to cast net for some shad. Any suggestions on best locations to start around the Aldrich area?

Depends on what size. I catch all i can use straight across from the ramp or on the flats north around the bend but theyre the little 2-4 in shiners

You bet. The bigger are on the steeper banks right know. Watch for the birds. They know ata all times.
