Members JimmyBaja Posted February 3, 2007 Members Posted February 3, 2007 I agree with you guys, Tablerock is where I want to be. I just bought property in the Kimberling City area and am looking for recommendations on builders.
Gary Lange Posted February 3, 2007 Posted February 3, 2007 I live up in Nixa and we have a lot of new construction in this area for sale. I don't think you will find anything that doesn't need a ton of work for $75,000.00 but if you want a Three bedroom Ranch with a two car garage new you can find it here for about $130,000.00. I don't know any of the builders from the Branson area so can't help you Jimmy. You could come up this way and see if any are willing to build for you down that way. Nixa is a great little community with good schools, shopping, some restaurants and is quiet. Respect your Environment and others right to use it!
SilverMallard Posted February 3, 2007 Posted February 3, 2007 Call Wilma Morrow at 417-598-0881 or email wilmamorrow@peoplepc.com She's the #1 Coldwell Banker agent in the region and one of the top REALTORS down there. You won't find many who will touch a $75,000 buyer down that way anymore. But she has will work just as hard for a $75,000 sale as she does for a $750k sale. I can also recommend a builder in Kimberling City. But you will have to PM me for that info. I don't have permission to post his cell # or email address.
