DChance Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 From what I have been reading, Pomme is up quite a bit? Anybody have any reports on what the fish are doing and where??? Gonna head down for fun this weekend. thanks
bferg Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 Was there last Fri-Sun. Lake is up about 8 feet over conservation pool. When I left Sunday there was a lot of debris up the river arm. I'm not too familiar with the lake but we were staying near Bolivar Landing. Water was chocolate milk down to around Pt 9 I believe. Started to clear quite a bit some there. We had a rough weekend- only a few dinks but the water came up REALLY quickly Friday night/sat Am. Be careful when running- some big logs in the water.
DChance Posted June 3, 2015 Author Posted June 3, 2015 Thanks bferg. I will probably stick closer to the dam and within a few miles either way. hope to fish and be able to pull the kids on a tube. Hope there isn't too much debris to do this. I assume when the water is up like this that flippin the brush is the predominant bass pattern??
Members cory Posted June 4, 2015 Members Posted June 4, 2015 Was also there thursday through sunday. Fishing was good on finess worm and jig around flooded brush. Was getting bit on spinner baits as well paralleling the bushes. Was fishing around Nemo area, the water was muddy not far up river from Nemo and really clear not far down lake from Nemo.
