Got out quite a bit this past week.  Bite started off good early last week but seemed to flatten out by Friday with thr temps climbing again.  Had a lot of success throwing flicker shads along bluff walls near transitions to chunk rock.  Also had a strong bite on wiggle warts in the same fashion.  Nothing size wise but caught 20-30 fish in a totAl of maybe 6 hours of fishing time!  Seemed like they were all relating to lay downs and stumps close to those chunk rock areas as the Water shallower up to the points.  Main lake areas.  Water temps still mid 80s.   Fished seemed to really like green colors.  Not chartreuse but a bright green was,the ticket for me.   Top water bite seems to have died for me at least    Hopefully we get some cooler nights back again and drop the temps Into that fall patter.   Be safe this weekend. And look forward to getting thr lake back from all the big boats soon!!

Yeah I am casting to lay downs and chunk rock areas.   Slow retrieve seems to work better if I had to gues.  Although the flicker shad I've moved a little faster for that initial first couple cranks.  Really try and get the reaction bite then slow it down
