Members Flyfisher78 Posted February 12, 2007 Members Posted February 12, 2007 If you had spelled the name correctly you might have found it. It's Cates Turkey. Here is a picture: http://fliesperdozen.com/Pages/GBL-Flies/5...tes_Turkey.html Fishing is the chance to wash one's soul with pure air. It brings meekness and inspiration, reduces our egotism, soothes our troubles and shames our wickedness. Besides, it's a lotta fun!...

Kayser Posted February 16, 2007 Posted February 16, 2007 Looks like wood duck or mallard flank for the tail, turkey tail fibers wrapped like on a PT nymph, peacock herl, and then some more duck flank for a throat/legs. All on a ? nymph hook? No clue, just goin by looks. Rob WARNING!! Comments to be interpreted at own risk. Time spent fishing is never wasted.
