Kramr Posted October 7, 2015 Posted October 7, 2015 Like to fish for crappie too. Was at Stockton this spring and caught a bunch, in fact we just ate the last fillet this past week. Time to restock the freezer. Any tips on where, such as points, flats, bluffs. I assume you guys who are catching walleye are also running into schools of crappie.
Basschomper Posted October 7, 2015 Posted October 7, 2015 I have heard several stories of catching them in brush piles around Ruark and Mutton Creek. We have been doing pretty good on bluffs around CC. 1/16 oz jig hopping it down the ledges.

Members Marsh hawk Posted October 7, 2015 Members Posted October 7, 2015 Been catching them on bluffs at CC right at the bank out to 15 feet of water. Had limits last two days but you had to work at it. Was a very light bite .
