Lake Sturgeon

Hey,

I know that I don't post much on here so, as Austin Powers would say, "Allow myself to introduce myself."  I'm an honest fisherman and by that I mean I cannot think of the last time I've kept a fish for dinner.  I fly fish and spin fish, mainly for trout and crappie.  My best catch is a 20.5 inch trout that I caught on Crane Creek(and looking at that fish who had almost puppy dog eyes, I can't think of a reason to keep a fish).  Plus, I'm not looking to catch a Lake Sturgeon, rather I would like to see the breeding cycle of them as I've heard they congregate in shallow areas and it is quite a scene.  I know that they congregate on the Missouri River. I live in Lone Jack and I'm curious to find out where I could snap a few good photos of them.  Again, I cannot emphasize enough that I am not out there to catch one of these great creatures, I merely want to see them and take some photos.  PM me if your hesitant to post this on the open forum.
