Crappie question

With the early spring and much warmer than normal water temps, how has the crappie bite been?  Coming down in 2 weeks, hoping they are spawning and we don't miss it with these really warm water temps.

I'd guess that you would be fine.  I have not cleaned a female crappie this year, but would guess that the eggs won't be ready right now for spawning.  Maybe I'm wrong on that though.
