Members bc23champ Posted March 18, 2016 Members Posted March 18, 2016 Bite for me has be really good this month. Once they finally drew the lake down the bite really turned on. Probably caught 40 fish in the 5-6 times I've gotten out pattern has been the same from hickory to pc. Fish have really seemed to move back off the main lake and are anywhere from 8" to 8' of water. All my fish have been caught in the skirmish A10. Sounds like a good bite on any shallow crank spinners starting to heat up as well. Spring is close !! Temps anywhere from 53-57 chi0082, Blll and Lance34 3
J-Doc Posted March 18, 2016 Posted March 18, 2016 Nice job!! I just can't get into the wart bite. I don't have the patience to work it how you really should. By "off the main lake" are you saying you were on the main lake or inside coves? Just curious. Need marine repair? Send our own forum friend "fishinwrench" a message. He will treat you like family!!! I owe fishinwrench a lot of thanks. He has been a great mechanic with lots of patience!
Members bc23champ Posted March 18, 2016 Author Members Posted March 18, 2016 Off main lake ... As in the fish I've caught have been more located in coves and pockets Seems like anywhere along those Not necessarily all the way in the back but more spread out all along . For me at least. .
J-Doc Posted March 18, 2016 Posted March 18, 2016 Thank you! Slow retrieve or "early summer" retrieve if I may ask without being too specific. I'm just not that good at crankbaits. Even though I own hundreds. Need marine repair? Send our own forum friend "fishinwrench" a message. He will treat you like family!!! I owe fishinwrench a lot of thanks.
