Basschomper Posted December 6, 2016 Posted December 6, 2016 Good ol Boys Open Buddy Tournament December 10, 2016 Mutton Creek ramp, 7:00am-3:30pm, $55 entry fee includes optional $5 BB, pay at ramp, no membership fee, pays 1 place for every 5 boats. Come on out and fish with us. I fished last Saturday but never caught a keeper. Fished what I think is about the same as all these fellas are reporting with jig, ww, and sb but only short fish to show for my efforts. I am not saying these guys are fibbing I'm saying I suck. So come on out, and have some fun fishing while taking my money. Lifes2Short, Brad N Steph, Bassin' fool and 1 other 4

Jmontgo1246 Posted December 6, 2016 Posted December 6, 2016 Polar bear is on sunday...this one is Saturday. Sounds like a fun weekend on Stockton!! Wish I could fish them both
Basschomper Posted December 6, 2016 Author Posted December 6, 2016 These two tournaments fell back to back 2 years ago as well. A couple fellas got in our tournament since they were prefishing anyway. They ended up 3 with a little over 8lbs. The next day in polar bear they had over 20lbs. dprice 1
Members Bassin' fool Posted December 6, 2016 Members Posted December 6, 2016 Looking forward to fishing with you all this weekend! Hopefully the weather man is exaggerating this cold front a little bit..
Basschomper Posted December 6, 2016 Author Posted December 6, 2016 Ya I sure hope so myself. But seems to me if a guy can handle the conditions, the fish at Stockton really bite well. The older I get the less I can handle it. I blame it on age my wife I'm just getting soft
Basschomper Posted December 6, 2016 Author Posted December 6, 2016 She refuses to admit we are getting old
Members Hickabilly Posted December 11, 2016 Members Posted December 11, 2016 Curious about the turnout and results? I couldn't talk myself into braving the cold.
Basschomper Posted December 11, 2016 Author Posted December 11, 2016 We had 10 boats 1st-15.20, 2nd-13.37, 3rd-11.73 and BB 4.24. 7 of the 10 boats had their limit. Just want to thank everybody for coming out and braving the cold. My daughter and I were dipping our rods in the water to clear the ice from the guides til about 9:30 this morning. Hickabilly 1
