Crappie Report - 8/17/17

Pretty much the same story all summer.  Fished 2 1/2 hours this morning, caught a boat load of crappie, had 9 keepers.  The keepers were nothing to write home about, just 9.25".  Used jigs, 1/8th oz, pink as well as chart.  Fished trees and brush, fish were everywhere.  Good luck this weekend - hope to see you at the tourney.

I know what your saying, fished a few hour today and had 10 keepers all just over 9" but on 12"! Last week we had a better day and had 8 that we're good keepers. Once again the lake is on the rise and the trees will be hard to find if it goes up much more.
