Members JimmyT Posted April 7, 2007 Members Posted April 7, 2007 The fishing was pretty dang good exccept for one day and that was wednesday when the front came in. the next day thursday My fisherman and I put in at the confluence and went up to the first shoals and fished both sides with much success landing numerous fish on emergers (beadhaded) as well as sj worms. The nubmers caught in hours of fishing were insane at forty seven for one fisherman. I did notice while fishing closer to the dam and before it got cold that the caddis hatch was continuing to move upstream. Our next good hatch should be sulphers which we generally start seeing around the end of may and into June. Check out my latest Blog. and don't forget to watch Adventure guides on next week. It features John Wilson, Clint Wilkinson, John Berry and his wife Lori on VS tv...See general discussions or my blog for more info concerning air times. Jimmy T. http://flyfisharkansas.com/blog
