crappiefisherman Posted April 7, 2007 Posted April 7, 2007 I had a wonderful expieriance today as I got to read the sermon lessons to approx 400 people in attendance at our 2nd church service of the day.If you ever get the chance do it .Dont be afraid, your not alone and the words arent yours , your just the conveyance.I hope all of you reading these posts are having a wonderful day with family and friends . Terry Beeson Posted April 7, 2007 Posted April 7, 2007 John, Yes, you are right. I've played original music solo in front of close to that number in my church back in Jonesboro. And it is an experience for sure. Of course, I also ran the sound board at that church, so was very much behind the scenes and one of those who rarely got notice for a job well done... at least from the human element... But that's not the reason to do it and not the reason I did it. I think any fisherman can relate to the "fisher of men" phrase from the Bible. If you haven't figured it out by now, ponder it the next time you cast your fly, plug, minnow, or even powerbait into the water...
