I saw an add for these moisture wafers that will help keep your hooks from rusting in your tacklebox. I was wondering if anyone uses them and if they help. Any other suggestions to help keep hooks from rusting would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Bittle

BITTLE: I'VE USED---THE INHIBITOR-- FOR SEVERAL YEARS. THERE MADE BY PLANO, I THINK, AND CAN BE FOUND IN THE GUN SECTION AT BPS. THEY LOOK LIKE A PIECE OF CARDBOARD. I CUT THEM TO FIT THE BOTTOM OF MY HOOK BOX, AND SET THE HOOKS ON TOP OF THEM. THEY SEEM TO WORK PRETTY WELL. THAT REMINDS ME, I PROBABLY NEED TO REPLACE MINE WITH NEW ONES. HOPE THIS HELPS

I second the Inhibitor for keeping the rust off....use them in my gun case also. Use them as bassman stated.
