Fairly new to this area, and am an avid fisherman in TR. Live in Nixa, and fish mainly from my boat in the KC area. Love the clarity and scenery of this lake, and also have met so many wonderful people. My other hobby is nature photography, and TR offers me an abundance of photo opportunities. Love bass fishing anywhere, but this lake grabs me. While it is tough at times, if it was easy, it would not be so rewarding. My biggest bass so far has only been 4 lbs.

Look forward to meeting some of you on the lake... ^_^

I wasn't sure to reply. But since "nuthouse" and "insanity" were already mentioned, I'd thought I'd say welcome :blur: . I don't do the rock much any more since I lost my boat and I started flinging flies. If you are ready to flyfish Taney, give me a PM.

Beware! If you start catching on the fly, you may never go back to the rock.
