Leonard Posted May 1, 2007 Posted May 1, 2007 I meet up with Troutn at outlet 2 with 3units running hard (water above the fish step)... So with that in mind we started with midge and scuds droppers.... Troutn caught 1 nice little brown.. I switch to a midge and SJ worm dropper... I had a really big fish hooked(I know it was big... it doubled over my 8wt)..but only had it hooked for a few seconds... about 5 minutes later... I hook another BIG fish... man this thing was fighting like a PRO... it jumped out of the water its atleast a 18 inch fish... Got it to almost to hand and thought dang.... Terry needs to catch a one the size of this fish... I was right it was a 19in SUCKER!!! Terry keep your pets under control!!!!LOL.. Then we want to chute 1 and 2 guys were just leaving.. by now the had shut the water down to 1.. I guess they shut them all down just to blow a horn and turn 1 back on... that 1 was running HARD... we called and lake level was at 705.6... well I ended up with a couple bites and 1 more fish on a brown pine squirrel... that was all the night gave us... thats it!!! http://www.taneycomonights.com
