J.E. Posted June 6, 2007 Posted June 6, 2007 Bassman, Sure did, in fact I won the small derby with 12.9# limit of Kentucky's. Drop shot and jigs. I've had the pleasure boaters idle past me and then stop infront of me when I was catching fish, throw out a couple lines and a beer can. I TM'd over to their pontoon, picked up the beer can and just shook my head at them and went on. However, derby fishermen should have more respect for other derby fishermen if nothing else.
Jeremy Rasnick Posted June 10, 2007 Posted June 10, 2007 Hey Whats Bitin, Sorry for the delay on my reply. You will head south after you launch at State Park. Look for the Big Campground on the West Side of the Lake. Did you fish it last night. I think I saw a really slick black and red champion. Was that you guys that waved at me, I was in the Duck Green G3. - As far as the fishing report last night in the tourney it was very tough for us as well as several of the others. We had only 1 keeper on a drop shot before dark and I don't know if i had but one bite after dark. It only took 12 LBS to win, I would have been proud of 6lbs.
Members whats bitin' Posted June 11, 2007 Members Posted June 11, 2007 Jeremy, No that was not me, I had other committments, maybe this weekend. Only 12lbs huh? I would be proud of 6 too. hope to see you out there. good fishing
