June 9, 2007 Truman Buddy Bass Open has been canceled. We have talked with the Water Patrol and Sterret Creek concerning conditions with the rising water, and the dangers of running a boat on this lake with the high water and debris. The water level is up 14 feet and may still rise and the fishing conditions are unstable and could get worse. In response to this news we have found it in the best interest for everyone and Midwest Fish Tournaments that we cancel this tournament. We are giving ample time to the fisherman who entered to make other plans. We appreciate your entries and your support in our decision. All refunds will be given immediately.
