Just like this time as last I was way, way, way, on up river where it’s colder.  The lakes temps might run more similar more in the main parts of the lake?  idk

Lance, do you ever hook a Striper/Wiper that far up river this time of year and mangle up your spider rigs? If they do go that far they are probably looking for a bigger piece of meat than a crappie minnow?

Yes, hooked up and caught several throughout the years...  The past couple years I haven’t caught as many or hooked upped to as many.  Don’t know why.

2016 was nuts though...  Caught limits on several trips 

They don’t really mangle my rigs because I use a lite wire hook that straightens once they get to pulling.  They also always run off on hook up an don’t ever run into my lines.  White bass...  Now that’s a different story 😡
