Stealthcraft 16/42 UFO with Yamaha F25 prop plus Jack Plate

Does anyone in this group have a Stealthcraft UFO power drifter? I fish the White and Norfork regularly with my Stealthcraft Hooligan and love it. But my fishing partner and I are going to add a rigid hull boat for the higher flows, and to fly fish for stripers on Beaver Lake. After a lot of boat and motor shopping, and spending this past weekend observing all the set-ups on the white in 14,000 - 17,000 cfs flows, we're pretty set on getting the UFO with either a Mere 20 hp prop or Yamaha F25 prop and jack plate. Those 4 stroke props are super quiet and powerful, and give us the low speed maneuverability to use as a trolling motor on the lake or control our drifts on the rivers. We have the Hooligan for the low flows so going ultra-skinny with a rigid hull is not a requirement.
