Bittle Posted June 20, 2007 Posted June 20, 2007 I need some help with this fish I caught. I don't know the weight but I have the measurements. Can anybody help. I caught it on Taneycomo using a new fly that I tye. Measurements are 38.75 inches in length and 34 inches in girth. Ok Ok its a possible new world record caught in Canada. Here is a couple links to gander at. http://sports.espn.go.com/outdoors/fishing...tory?id=2901070 http://www.trophytroutguide.com/articles/w...inbow_trout.htm Talk about a PIG. And on 6 pound line. Almost hard to believe

Snow Fly Posted June 20, 2007 Posted June 20, 2007 GEE!! When I first saw the size of the Bow I figured Leonard was at it again, with the new flies and his famous "Trout Whistle" "God gave fishermen expectancy, so they would never tire of throwing out a line"
trout fanatic Posted June 20, 2007 Posted June 20, 2007 Hmmm. Naught plus naught carry the 1, looks like a little less than 3 pounds by my calculations. That thing is a pig!
