Members asphaltmonkey Posted June 25, 2007 Members Posted June 25, 2007 Some of my buddies and I are planning a trip to Cotter this weekend. We usually just wade at Roundhouse shoals, but one of the guys suggested using a float tube to fish. I've never thought of it and was just wondering if you guys think that would be a good idea or not and how that might work with the current generation levels? Example Tube
John Berry Posted June 25, 2007 Posted June 25, 2007 That would depend on how much water they are running. I would think it would be ok with one or two generators but not on big water. A better bet would be one of the small personal pontoon boats. Or even better there are places where you can rent a river boat. Check with Gary Flipin at Rim Shoals Trout Dock it would be much safer on high water.
