Loop reel parts or repair

I have a Loop model 1.5 fly reel that turns rough. I have had the bearings dipped in a tank and cleaned but still turns rough. I have looked all over the web and cant find parts or service. Loop and the designer of their reels split a few years ago and I have not found anyone to help. Loop has their own line and Danileson (the original designer for Loop) has theirs so both are still around but havent got a response from either. If anyone has a suggestion I would appreciate it.
