well we have started out our new weekly e-magazine from the shop _ the Mountain River Journal.

If anyone is familiar with the old Beaver Dam Store Report, you will get the idea, hopefully bigger and better.

It’s not your everyday fishing report, nor a bunch of advertising destined for your spam bin.. The Journal is going to be like nothing you have ever read from a fly shop on a weekly basis _ fishing tips and tactics, river conservation, videos, news, humor, gear reviews, probably more humor, anything we think a fly fisher needs to read, plus advice from our guide team, staff and customers on current river conditions. Yep we will be featuring products for sale in the store (no such thing as a free lunch), but its going to be a fun ride. And for those that know me _ yep it will definately have a slightly twisted Aussie sense of humor
