Brian K. Shaffer Posted July 19, 2007 Posted July 19, 2007 Sometimes you do catch a fish you want to get a picture with.. and nothing seems more graceful to me than to look at the fish while a friend takes the pitcure. I myself took a photo that is quite cover perfect one time... as he was looking at the fish and the lighting was perfect.... You can photo a fish anyway you like... but to me -- this is the most classical look. When you are by yourself.. I know it is a different story... Just a question - what's your favorite way to photo a trout you just caught ? MOD - should this be in the PHOTO section of the site ? Thanks for looking in - Brian Just once I wish a trout would wink at me! ozarkflyfisher@gmail.com I'm the guy wearing the same Simms longbilled hat for 10 years now.
tippet7 Posted July 19, 2007 Posted July 19, 2007 Just a question - what's your favorite way to photo a trout you just caught ? As it is sizzling in the frying pan, with the bacon popping around it!!! J/K-If I am by myself, I try to take the photo of the head, as i am releasing it. If its a REAL nice fish, I try to find someone nearby that could take a photo of me with the fish, then release it. You are so stupid you threw a rock at the ground and missed.
The Caddis Posted July 19, 2007 Posted July 19, 2007 I like closeups so that you can see the trout smile
