Members Steve Dally Posted August 1, 2007 Members Posted August 1, 2007 Ok most of you have seen me mention my gorgeous new wife Bec. But here's her youngest, Im now a stepfather of 3, Lynsey, who has got right into this fly fishing thing. She ties, spends a lot of time hanging around in the shop helping out and yep fishes pretty good too Here's Lynsey with her first 2 fish on Dry Run Creek (and justthink I have 5 more years fishing this with here LOL). She has lots way bigger fish than this too. Hell of a place. Ooops I thought we had edited out the drop of rain in front of her nose lol Cheers Steve Sign Up For The Mountain River Journal - our free weekly e-magazine/fishing report Remodelled Mountain River Fly Shop Web Store
tippet7 Posted August 1, 2007 Posted August 1, 2007 Very cool! Excellent pics and its nice to see the youngsters getting into fly fishing! You are so stupid you threw a rock at the ground and missed.
Terry Beeson Posted August 1, 2007 Posted August 1, 2007 If you want to see your little one's eyes light up, put a rod in their hand and put them in the middle of Dry Run Creek. This is graduation from bluegill nabbin' and will hook them for life!! Great pics, Steve... Members Oldschoolcane Posted August 17, 2007 Members Posted August 17, 2007 Steve, My son is 14 and I plan to make a trip to Dry run in either Sept or Oct, can you offer some suggestions for flies we should be tying? Any recommendations on where we should stay or could camp nearby? Thanks, Tim
