Camping trip to Beaver RV park

Could use some lure suggestions for my upcoming trip to Beaver, AR this Sunday. Going to launch into the White at their campground. Just a trip for fun, so not targeting anything in particular. LM, SM, Walleye, etc. 

Only carrying bait casters and a spinning rig, no fly rod. 

Should I head up toward Holiday Island or back toward Houseman? I don't fish the river often, so no idea if all this rain makes any difference that far from the dam.

From Houseman downstream to HI, popper at dawn, Ned until midday, jigging spoon on point channel edges until dark. Wish I were with you.

Thanks for the reply. I'm all about the popper, my go to topwater. I'll be chunking it at first light.
