Campsite Near The Dam

I am coming down this weekend and want to camp and fish at night. I was going to stay at the table rock state park, but apparently the gate closes at 10pm. Does anyone know if this is true? If so, is there another place to pitch a tent close to the dam. I've searched the internet for campgrounds in Branson and all I find is RV parks.

Any info is appreciated.

Cooper creek is a nice campground and Ive seen tents set up there many times

Leonard is right. They leave the other gate open. It is a longer drive, but a friend of mine usuallly stays there and we return there late after fishing nights.
