I sent a premier rod into them a few years ago. I had broken the tip section. They replaced it and sent my rod back. I followed the instructions on their web page. I even wrote them letter and told them how I acidently broke it and it was all my fault. You do have to send them shipping and handling money to get it returned but their charge is a lot less than most rod makers.

Yup, my wonderful Vizsla (dog) got his grubby little muzzle on the tip section of my legend ultra 3wt. Just do what they say, it's pretty much no questions asked. They even have a way to buy a UPS shipping lable from their website. I was worried that since mine was a former model (3pc vs the current 4 pc.) they wouldn't have a new section for me, but they came up with one.
