MOBass,

It was good to meet you today! It's always nice to put a face to the people on the web here! Thanks for the info. the young man and his father who were with me today caught their limits and culled through five of the eight fish.

I'll be looking for you in Jan. Feb. for those flyfishing lessons!

Thanks again!

It was nice to meet you and all the wonderful adult and kids that belong to the Teen Anglers. I hope we all have the chance to fish again together. I would love to see if we could pursue the winter fishing on Taney for bass. It would be really fun for the kids when they start biting really good. Keep in touch and Happy T-Day! :goodjob:

Give me a shout if you need some help with your group in the spring. If work doesn't have me on the road it will give me a good reason to get out. What do the kids need to do to join up?

I'll be out with the fly rod starting in December. As long as they don't run a bunch of water and I can keep the ice out the guides I'll be hitting the trouphy area as much as I can. Roaring River is sounding pretty good also. At least I know they won't be running water there.

Cheers,

Thomas

MOBass,

This chapter is a group of kids from north of Springfield, Skyline High School and Wheatland. Greg Pennington is the chapter director, I'll give him your email to talk about starting a group down south if you wish. The kid must maintain a certain GPA, have monthly meetings with speakers, and a couple "tournaments" each year.

Give me a shout when you're heading out in December. My travel schedule slows a bit then. I'll just have to get the long johns out!

Thanks again!
