Members streamsideJeff Posted February 10, 2006 Members Posted February 10, 2006 Has anyone read Ed Engle's book on Flyfishing Tailwaters? If so, does any of the information apply to the Ozark tailwaters? Are their any book recommendations on Ozark tailwaters?
Danoinark Posted February 10, 2006 Posted February 10, 2006 As far as I am concerned this is the definitive work on the White River System and its tailwaters. Steve Wright's Ozark Trout Tales. Google it and you can find lots of new and used copies. Dano Glass Has Class "from the laid back lane in the Arkansas Ozarks"

I am suprised there are not more books on tailwaters and hardly anything on the white river system. I guess the fishing is so good no one has time to write. thanks again
