ryan Posted February 13, 2008 Posted February 13, 2008 Was wondering if anyone out there knows of any good farm ponds/fields that would be a good lease for ducks and geese. I found some really good places last year up around bolivar and arcola but nobody wants you to hunt. I even offered to pay to hunt and people just look at you like you were crazy. I realize that a few bad apples ruins things for everyone but I am very responsible and respectful when hunting other peoples property. There are plenty of great public places around to hunt but I was just curious as to whats out there in the form of leases. I will say that if some one allows me to hunt on their property I will be more than willing to take you along and let you do all the shooting, I just love to call and watch the birds commit. If anyone has any information or would just like to go hunting and knows a spot let me know I will be glad to take you even if you have never hunted waterfowl before. If the birds are there than I will for sure kill em, If anyone has any info just send me a PM and I will gladly respond.

Members rsbcon Posted February 15, 2008 Members Posted February 15, 2008 Pits in flooded crops and smart weed.He lease by the day or the year. I leased a year lease from him a few years ago. It had some really good days and some bunk days. Its duck hunting so you don't know till you go.
