MTM, With all due respect. The EPA is a joke. Come to NE Oklahoma and take a look at one of the top ten superfund sites in the USA. Millons, and I mean more than 50 were spent to remediate, so the people could live in this one town. Now, after nine or ten years of spending your tax dollars to remediate, they have decided that it is still to dangerous for the people to live there. Now, they are going to spend more of your tax dollars buying these people out, so they can move to another area. But then again, that is just my two cents worth. I know you are not implying that the taxpayers should fix this, BTW. I really don't think it should be the taxpayers burden to fix the problem at Overlook Estates. I do however think it will be the taxpayers problem, though. This guy is going to fold up shop at head South with his money, and I mean way South. My guess is, most of his money is already there, since they bent over backwards to let him try and fix it. They gave him enough time to come up with a plan.
