Thanks to you Tony !!! We will never forget our days fishing with you...! the last one was amazing and that big bass was really funny and strong! good report too! only one clarification : we didn't fish at the dam with the guide, with the guide I caught a nice 2 pounder bass. The next day me and my brother went to the dam and tryed to fish but it did not seem a good largemouth spot so we went to lake of the ozarks state park! Ciaooooooooo e grazie di tuttooooo !!!!!

My name is Alberto and I'm an Italian guy. My brother study in Missouri, (Rolla University) and I will get there, 26th March, to meet him. March 28th , 29th and 30th of 2010 I want to go to the Lake of The Ozarks to fish American Bass… !!! I use the spinning tecnique. Now I ask you : 1) What kind of lures I have to take from Italy and use in the Ozarks water? what are the best lures for that period? 2) In what water depth I have to probe to find active bass? 3) What wire diameter I have to use? 4) In what water depth I will find Bass? 5) And finally the big question: What is a good place/area to fish from the shore? I will arrive from Rolla. I don’t think I will take a guide because is too much expensive….! Thank you so much for your advices and your disposability !!! Alberto

I know shimano has a good quality reels, citica has a good quality and price too, but here in Italy I can find this reel in every fishing shop at plus or minus the same price of USA...! and if i shop here I can also use the guaranty while if I buy it in USA not...! Exactly in one month I will be in U.S.A. ...! On March Saturday 27th I want to go to Springfield's Bass Pro Shop... I am very excited because I think it is the biggest BPS in America, isn't it? In Italy we don't have similar big fishing stores, so I wanna ask you some informations.. Anyone can suggest me a model of casting reel left hand with a good connection quality-price?? Dear rainbow, I know that in Lugano lake live a lot of Basses, the water is very clear and the Basses are very clever.. but I've never been there because it's far away from Parma.. Lago di Como è molto bello, but I've never been fishing there.. For the plural form I have to say Bass or Basses ?

I almost certainly will go to Springfield saturday 27th... then maybe I will return to Rolla and fish to the lake of the Ozarks next 2 or three days (28,29..).. or maybe stay to Springfield and fish in Table Rock.. but I'm still planning and I am searching someone kind to go with...!

I understand very well what you say timsfly and you are really righ...! I can make the same for you in Italy although here the bass are very little instead of yours...! Besides Parma is really beautiful and I can give hospitality and guided tour and everything I can offer... !

If I can fish without a boat I am happy, but I know the lake is very big so I don't know where place to go to fish bass... If someone send me a private message to inform me of one or two places I will be very thankful to him and I keep the secret only for me Streams are river? I fish with spinning, is good tecnique for that streams? Someone can tell me the price of the license and where I can buy it near Rolla? Bravo eric, ti rispondo Crepi !

how far is table rock from Springfield?? I think I will go to Spriengfield saturday 27 March and sunday I can go to the Table Rock if it is not too far... but I have see the price for one day fishing ad it is very expensive.... 325 $ dollars is too much for me because I am a student...
