That was actually my son posting under my name. Him and a buddy are goin. Stinks but I cant make this trip. Lancer09 those are dad's flies. Now u let the cat out of the bag! Lol. About the only good thing about them growin up is if they're big enough to go on fishin trips without pops they're grownup enough to buy or tie their own flies. He ties pretty good though. I did catch him in my bag of leaders and tipped though.lol -
Hey everybody will be down on taneycomo this weekend up near dam the just trying to get an idea of how the fishing is? Also what the fish are biting on? Trying to get an idea of what all I need to have tied up for the weekend adventure. Can't wait... sounds like from the fishing reports fishing isn't to bad and starting to see some bigger fish!!!! Friday can't get here soon enough, starting to get trout fever haha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shields has been kinda iffy the last month. Gave up his usual 3 but didn't get as deep in innings as usual. I think now that we've got a loss and the world series jitters are out of the way we can relax and play ball like we have been lately.

Feelin pretty good about our game 1 chances. Heard on radio this morning that Shield pitched in ALCS right after he passed a kidney stone. Tough dude! Gonna be a long day! BE ROYAL!!

Ought to be a good game 1. I think we beat Bumgarner earlier this year. Big Game James is due for a really good performance. Good rest and ought to be ready to go. Like to see our bats get more active.

As a father of 3 boys it's great to see The Royals Winning. The boys have bought numerous teams hats (which i didn't care for) but now will be Royals fans for life. I was 23 in 1985 and the "goosebumps" felt as good last night as they did 29 years ago. Congrats to the fans and players., just finish the job now. I'd love to see us play the Cards but not lookin real good for that. BE ROYAL!

Yep, Maty has a little "Happy Feet Syndrome". Still not many games under his feet. I think he'll get better.

Agreed. The quick slant or quick passes should be our bread and butter of the passing game. With as little time as Maty was getting these are a lot better bet. I went back and watched some of the pass plays and his off side receivers were open some but he didn't have time to progress through his reads before he was flushed from the pocket or it collapsed. Line did a really crummy job. Gonna have a tough time if our line can't pass block nor run block very good!

While i agree Maty looked pretty bad if you look at those plays they were mostly on plays where the o line didn't do their job. We've seen he has the ability when not being pursued. Bad decisions by Maty when rushed but if the line does it's job he doesn't have to make those kinds of decisions. Running game has stalled also. It all starts at the o line. Been dominated the last 3 games.

Yea the somebody thats mad at him is the little guy that stands on his shoulder and says "Don't do it. It's against the rules. It's wrong. Is the risk really worth the reward?" He was the leading Heisman candidate. He did it. He broke the rules. He knew it was wrong. He's paying the price. He's out. And Yes I would be saying the same thing if it was Marcus Murphy or Matty. Just because he brings in buches of money with his abilities doesn't mean the rules don't apply to him.

Yep Sunday was great. I'm just now getting my voice back to nornal. Told the wife last night i was having baseball withdrawals. We won 4 of 7 from the birds this year. They hit 4 home runs and we had 3 in the series. If we can stick close in hr's we can win this series too! Gonna be tough though with them having the most and us the least. Hopefully SPEED kills. BE ROYAL!!
