I fished Fellows Lake today, Lots of boats on an overcast day. Took me a while to figure out what to catch them on. Was throwing a crank bait and missed several fish that slashed at the bait but didn't eat it. Switched over to a spinner bait for a slower action with big blades. Caught about 6 fisht that were about 1.5 pounds. Nothing real big but fish felt real stong. Fished a bit with a jig, which I could do all day, but only got one. Had to go back to the spinner bait. Anyone else doing anything different for bass? Replies are apprieciated. Mike

I was wondering the same thing. The weekend is going to be beautiful and I have to work? Such is life, Work to fish, fish to live. -
New to the forum, Just wodering with the high murky water, what people have been catching bass on? I was out on the lake and mainly concentrated on flipping jigs toward chunck rock and wooded banks. I caught a few 12 inch males, but nothing on spinners? Anyone having better luck?
