I'm new to this forum but not to fishing in Arkansas. I truly love the beauty of your fine state. Every year a few buddies and myself go camping / paddling / fishing / hiking on the Buffalo. Our usual spot is Kyle's Landing. I've had a blast over the years hiking, paddling etc... But here's the rub... I've never had much success fishing it. Most of my experience comes from fishing large lakes here in North Texas. So I'm reaching out to the experts. I would very much appreciate any and all advice pertaining to fishing the Upper Buffalo River (near Kyle's landing). Types of lures, lines, techniques etc... My abilities lean toward spin casting but I'm somewhat proficient with a fly rod. Thanks in advance for your help.
