he was throwing brown mohair leach, elk hair caddis, and fast stripping wooly buggers big green ones.he was also spinfishing with a blue fox. I dont think that ole red canoe is worth salveging. lower half would require some digging

we put in at baptist camp around 9:30am my buddy troy caught several browns in the first 2 miles 1 over 20" I could not get a bite finnaly landed a 17"rainbow on a brown mohair leach.the only fish of the day for me. troy caught 12 fish 6 browns,3 rainbows,2 smally's,and 1 bluegill. I was mad but the next day would be diffrent.we camped below cedar grove on a sandbar next to a good riffle.the next day we left camp around 10:00am I landed about 15 rainbows between are camp and welch spring. Troy only landed 1 rainbow and another smally. only caught 2 fish below welch spring.Troy cought a chain pickerelright below the spring. we took out at Akers .the wind was blowing 30-40 mph kind of hard to flyfish. but we had a good time.

anybody know if river will be clear,stained or milky. thanks again for the info. ive floated this section many times but never relly made any kind of a log on river conditions.

I plan on fly fishing/ camping for 2 days if the rain stays away I will be bringing my canoe will have to arange a shuttle from one end to the otherI just didn't know if the river will be back down before wed. I checked all river gauges but not real sure about what it will be on wed. am thanks for any info.
