Does anyone know how they treat the trout when they get parisites. My understanding is that they use really hard chemicals, hence the big gray box outside the hatchery that has a toxic sign on it. I understand since that MO water is really not fit for trout they get a lot of sickness that the MDC treats with chemicals that are really not good for us but keeps the fish alive to make money???

Don't bother the Ranger. Those old guys could care less. They are overpaid anyway. I always call the deputies. they at least seem to care. Have you noticed how many rangers cahnge out. Notice the young guys at bennett who did something don't last long. I understand the Park Manager can't stand new young guys coming in on his territory. The guy that drives the minivan is the Park Manager, a real jerk when it comes to dealing with you. He is a real manipulator when he talkes to you.

This camera thing is funny. I talked to the young ranger who left last year because he was tired of DNR crap. I think he was the only ranger I have seen walk the spring and check on fishing licenses since i have been going. He told me that the reason they have that camera is so people can check for flooding and see what the water is like so they don't have to have so many phone calls over it. As far as violations I dont think that old ranger they have now would get out of his vehicle unless someone complains. to bad we lost that young ranger last year.
