    Can you fish Maramec park waters throughout the week in the winter season or is the time the same as the other parks and only Friday through Monday? Seems like I read somewhere that fishing was allowed all days of the week in the winter at Maramec Park. Thanks, Dave

    Does Columbia still have the boat and fishing show? They used to have one in Jan or Feb in the Hearnes Center. I haven't been in several years and was wondering if they still have it. Dave

    I remember years ago watching a guy fishing the spring and then talking to him. He said he used a three way swivel with a one ounce sinker attached to the end and a jig or fly attached to a foot or two longer leader coming off the side. This would allow him to get it fairly deep into the spring. It was sort of drop shot rigging.

    Wonder what depth they were at at around 4 to 5 minutes into the video when there appeared to be a very large number of fish swimming around.

    Just an update in case others ever have a similar problem. Installed the new switch last week and that fixed the problem. Also seems to have more power. Fairly simple too install. Thanks for the tip Dutch. Dave

    I have a 1995, 50 lb. thrust foot control trolling motor, Motor Guide model that I have a problem with. On the foot control there is a wheel on the side that you rotate to change speeds. The wheel is getting harder and harder to turn. I see no way to adjust it. Any thoughts as to what is causing it and how to fix it? Thanks, Dave
